My research interests include bioinformatics, computational biology, medical image analysis, computer vision, pattern recognition, and signal processing. My long term goal is to develop mathematical, computational, and statistical methods to address challenges in biological and medical data analysis. My Current focus is on disease related biomarker discovery using mass spectrometry data and functional proteomics.
