Brief Biography
I am currently a 5th year graduate student in the Ph.D.
Program in the
Department of Electrical Engineering,
Yale University.
I am working on 3D image analysis in the
Image Processing and Analysis Group (IPAG)
, my advisor is
Prof. James Duncan.
I joined Yale Graduate School in Fall 1999, received a M.S. degree in Fall 2000 and a M.Phil. degree in Fall 2002.
I received my B.Eng degree from the Department of Electronic Engineering,
Tsinghua University, Beijing, China.
Research Interests
My research interests are in
general image analysis and processing, computer vision, and
pattern recognition, particularly when they are used in medical
applications. The main focus of my research is
statistical shape analysis and modeling for image segmentation.
